License, not a sale
HOUSE OF BEATS, based in Israel, grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin files you are entitled to. You do not buy the copyright in the plugin.
What you may do
- Install the plugin on computers you use to make music.
- Use it in compositions, productions, and commercial releases you create. You own your recordings. You do not owe a royalty on those recordings for using the plugin.
- Keep a backup copy of the zip you downloaded.
What you may not do
- Sell, rent, upload, or give away the plugin file or zip.
- Share a download link, token, or account so someone else can fetch the file.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the code except where Israeli law (or the law where you live) expressly allows it.
- Remove copyright notices or present the plugin as your own product.
Sample packs
Sample packs are licensed the same way for use inside your own productions. The wavs themselves stay with HOUSE OF BEATS. Do not redistribute the pack.
Membership copies
A plugin unlocked by the $15/month membership is licensed while that membership (or an Academy membership grant) is active. If the membership ends, stop using membership-only titles until you are entitled again. Plugins you bought outright stay licensed.
Updates
Replacement zips, when published, are covered by this same license. We do not promise a particular update schedule.
Termination
The license ends if you break it. When it ends, delete the plugin files. Sections that should survive (ownership, liability limits that the law allows) stay in force.
Warranty
Plugins are provided as available. To the extent Israeli law allows, there is no warranty that a plugin will suit a particular host, OS, or session. If a file is defective, use the refund page and /contact.
