Who this covers
These terms are between you and HOUSE OF BEATS, based in Israel. They cover the website, listener accounts, VST plugins, sample packs, the $15/month membership, and online Academy courses.
Accounts
You need an accurate email to create a listener account. You are responsible for the password and for activity under that login. Staff access is limited to emails the operator allowlists. Public sign-up does not grant admin access.
Digital goods
Plugins, sample packs, presets, and Academy lessons are licensed digital goods, not physical products. A plugin download is also covered by the plugin EULA. Sample packs and presets are licensed for you to make music. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload the files themselves.
Membership and Academy
The membership is $15 per month when checkout is open. It unlocks the membership band of VST titles described on the catalog. It does not unlock sample packs or paid à la carte plugins outside that band. Academy courses are a separate enrollment. While Academy checkout is not open, the site shows “Enrollment opening soon” and does not take payment for courses.
Payments
Gumroad is the merchant of record for purchases completed through Gumroad overlay checkout. Gumroad handles the card charge, sales tax or VAT where it applies, and the buyer receipt for those orders. Stripe may process some payments (including membership or Academy, if those checkouts are enabled). HOUSE OF BEATS does not store full card numbers. Failed or unfinished checkouts do not grant a download.
Refunds
Refund handling is described on the refund page. Where Israeli consumer law gives you a right that these terms cannot waive, that law wins.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, probe other people’s accounts, scrape private downloads, or upload unlawful content through the contact form. We may close an account that does.
Availability
Catalog titles appear when their files are actually in the build. A product page for a title without its file returns not found. We may change, pause, or remove a title, lesson, or feature.
Liability
The site and files are provided as available. To the extent Israeli law allows, HOUSE OF BEATS is not liable for lost profits, lost sessions, or indirect damage from using a plugin or sample. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
HOUSE OF BEATS operates from Israel. Disputes are handled under Israeli law, except where a consumer rule in your country says otherwise.
