HOUSE OF BEATS sells downloadable plugins, sample packs, and online courses. Files can be copied as soon as they are delivered, so refunds are limited once a download has succeeded, except where the file is defective or the law requires a refund.
Gumroad is the merchant of record
Purchases completed on Gumroad are charged by Gumroad, not by this website. Refund requests for those orders follow Gumroad’s buyer policy and the receipt Gumroad emailed you. Start there for a Gumroad charge. If Gumroad asks you to contact the maker, use /contact.
Stripe
If a membership or Academy payment is taken by Stripe, write via /contact with the email on the account and the charge date. We will answer with the status of that payment. A charge that never completed does not need a refund and does not unlock a file.
Membership
The $15/month membership, when checkout is open, can be canceled so it does not renew. The current paid period is generally not refunded after the membership titles have been available in your library, unless Israeli consumer law requires otherwise or the charge was a mistake.
Academy
Academy enrollment is not taking payment yet (“Enrollment opening soon”). When it does, a course refund request goes through the processor that charged you (Gumroad or Stripe) and /contact. Access already used may affect what can be returned.
Defective files
If a zip will not open or does not match the product you bought, contact us before requesting a refund. We would rather replace the file. If we cannot, we will help you with a refund through the merchant that charged you.
Law
Mandatory consumer rights in Israel, and any mandatory rights where you live, still apply. These terms do not remove them.
